I worked with Jacqueline for four sessions, and even in that short time I gained a lot of clarity. She created a space where I could be honest about things that were weighing on me – relationships, work pressures, family dynamics, and how much I tend to put others first.
Jacqueline is calm, practical and non-judgmental. She helped me see patterns - like why I seek approval from others and why I sometimes feel stuck and turned them into small, realistic actions I could try straight away. Her questions made me think more deeply about what I really want, and I left each session feeling lighter and more focused.
